The east slopes of Evans B are quite easy but there's a lot of elevation regain to be had from the Pennsylvania/Evans saddle. Most of the rock on the ascent is stable and you can maybe squeak out a scrambling move or two on some of the slabs. On your return to Pennsylvania Mountain Trailhead (assuming that's where you started) DO NOT take the obliging looking shelf on the south side of Pennsylvania Mountain. It looks great and is actually steep talus field after steep talus field. It's tedious and time consuming and you have to regain a ton of elevation anyway, so just go back over Pennsylvania Mountain, it's far easier.
