Like people have posted previous, most snow is melted by now. There is some snow on the south ridge of Spalding, making for rather slick descent to get to the saddle of Evans, but not impossible. Microspikes or yaktrax would be preferable in some sections, but I didn't end up using mine. The wind was nasty as you cross the ridge below for first false summit of Evans, but once you get over the ridge and start boulder hopping, it really isn't that bad until the final push to the summit from the upper parking lot. Following the cairns during the boulder hop was rather difficult getting to Evans, but they are rather obvious coming back.
