The traverse route between South and North Arapahoe Peaks is free of snow - almost. There is one small patch of snow in the final notch to North Arapahoe Peak summit. I consider myself strictly a summer conditions climber and was able to climb past in climber's left side of the notch it's in. I only had to put my right foot on the ice once while keeping a solid hand hold. I had micro-spikes but didn't feel the need to use them or any traction. So, that bit of snow is certainly not a deterrent but perhaps good to know that when seeing it from a distance. Overall, very beautiful out there!
