The Savage Couloir is still in as of 6/14/17. There are 2-3 spots where it is melted out a bit and some rocks are showing but nothing significant. The approach is in good shape and I did not use snowshoes going up or down although some snow on the NE ridge (standard route) was postholy on the descent (ascended via the couloir). The bushwack is not too bad but dont head south too early, you get into steeper, tedious stuff if you head that way too early. The 4WD TH is not marked at all and is not terribly obvious so watch your odometer on the drive in.

Do you think it was in good condition for a ski? As in fairly smooth and no runnels

I think it would be pretty good for a ski as long as you stayed out of the runnel on ascender's right which is pretty minor compared to some other runnels I've seen. I am not a skier, however, so take this as it is. If I was a skier I would've been happier with that soft snow I was ascending in the upper couloir yesterday! I will post some pictures sometime this evening when I get home which will hopefully help.

I would love to see some pictures of the NE ridge/standard route as well if you have a chance. Trying to finalize 13er plans for Saturday and just can't seem to decide

Bill, it was fairly smooth, the lower third had some wet slide debris but overall it seemed to be in good condition. Tornadoman, I don't have many pictures of the NE ridge but I added what I had. I was on snow the majority of time on the ridge although near the north side of the ridge there is some dry ground that I was able to stay on when possible.
