Info: Just to clarify, the official Urad SWA parking are is just over a mile up Woods Creek Rd. from where this trailhead is described as being. That is the optimal location from which to hike Urad and Hassell Lakes. The described trailhead is best for the surrounding peaks (Engelmann, etc.). The road to the described trailhead is easily passable by any car. To get to the Urad SWA parking area, Moderate clearance (i.e. Outback, etc.) is definitely best as the upper section of Woods Creek Rd. is pretty rugged in spots.

Info: The road leading to the trailhead is closed to the public due to "a major construction project," i.e., mining. According to the sign, the road will reopen May 2013. There was a private security guard stationed at the entrance.
