Info: Road is easy 2WD dirt to the Urad signage about the valley, which is the parking lot about .1 miles from the 4x4 road.

Info: Added this trailhead since nothing shows up on the 14ers map. There was a partial entry for an Urad Mine Trailhead that appears to describe the same basic trailhead but without coordinates or other details and Google Maps shows Ruby Gulch Trailhead here, though it’s coordinates take you to the trail instead of the small parking area about 400ft before where the trail starts. Look for the Exploring the URAD Valley sign. You can see the closed dirt road behind the avalanche danger sign from here. That’s the trail for the Bard group.
