 Elbert on Sunday 6/27/05

Hiked Elberts SE ridge with pirunningman. Great weather up to treeline, windy from there to the summit. The road is no problem for a midsize SUV (i have a 4runner) to get to the south trailhead off of CR 24. Lots of people on the trail, but looked like everyone was havin a good time of it, it started raining about 1230 when we were at the trailhead, so hopefully everyone came down ok.
