It was a great hike. I went to the wrong trail head at first and hiked a few miles on the wrong side of the mountains, LOL. Lesson learned. Otherwise, I only needed micro spikes and trekking poles. Feet and fingers froze on the way up, but it was warm on the way down. All in all a very good hike. Trail was packed, and frozen.
